PERTH MINT GOLD BARS
About Perth Mint
Perth Mint is the official Australian government mint founded in 1899 as a branch of the London Royal Mint. It was established right after the discovery of several large gold deposits in Australia. Until that moment, all Australian currency was exported to Great Britain in order to be refined and then processed, afterward being imported back in Australia to be used. Up until 1931, Perth Mint produced over 110 million gold products and was the official manufacturer of gold sovereigns.
In 1957, the Australian bullion company Perth Mint created the finest gold plate of .999999 purity and in 1970 was released from its Britannic ownership. Today, Perth Mint is refining silver and gold, as well as Australia’s currency in circulation and blank coins for other financial institutions and governments all over the world. Even though it’s a government mint, Perth Mint bullion is also one of its main product categories. Perth Mint Gold Bullion is highly appreciated among investors and collectors, especially its popular gold coins and bars. Australian Gold Bars are one of the most famous gold bars on the precious metal market.
